What if I need to modify my order?

If you want to cancel an order to choose another order, you can press the “X” to cancel your order.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

You just need to enter your payment information and click edit order

Can I get same day delivery?

We deliver in 2-6 days which is the earliest time. Thank you for your understanding for the current Covid situation.

What if I don't have a PayPal account?

You can pay via PayPal payment gateway with Visa or Master Card.

Do we secure payment accounts?

We are 100% committed to the security of your payment account.

Can I get a refund if the product is not as described?

You will be refunded within 10 days from the date you received our product.

Will I be charged any fees if I return it?

We will bear 100% of the fee and refund the customer, if the returned product is 100% intact and undamaged. If damaged, we will not be responsible for the refund.

What if I want to return and exchange for another product?

You will be refunded the product and choose another product equal to the value of the product you purchased and bear the shipping fee. The return of the product must guarantee that the product is 100% undamaged and intact. If damaged, you will bear 100% of the cost of the product.
